The BEAI (Biomedical / Clinical Engineering Association of Ireland) is the professional body for engineers bridging the gap between medical technology and the end-user – the patient or the clinician delivering care. Their members include biomedical / clinical engineers working in public and private hospitals, engineers working in companies that supply technology solutions to hospitals, other health & social care professionals and members of academia.

Their 21st Annual Scientific Conference takes place on Friday 30th September 2016 in the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Santry, Dublin 9. They will also be holding a networking event on Friday evening after the main conference in the hotel.

The event will be attended by some of the leading medical device experts around the country and abroad, organisations such as the HPRA and NSAI, and other Health & Social Care Professionals that have interactions with medical devices in both the community and acute setting.
