BIM MEP Technical - Water Treatment Systems
Whitewater is a leading water treatment solutions company operating in Ireland, UK and across Europe. Due to continued expansion, we now seek a BIM Engineer to work on various projects in the Healthcare, Industry, Municipal, Pharma and Data Centre Sectors. Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Accurate BIM MEP modeling
Develop accurate 2D from BIM model
Create Revit families
Coordination and clash assessments and reports
Liaising with design teams, clients, architects, surveyors, engineers, and project managers
Assisting engineers and senior managers with drawings and blueprints
Involvement in multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications:

This position demands an individual with a strong detail-oriented work style, excellent English oral and written communication skills, and an accommodating and proactive attitude. Additional qualifications required include:
Minimum relevant NFQ Level 6 qualification
2-3 year’s experience in a similar role on large scale MEP projects
Proficient in the use of 2D/3D CAD, Navisworks and Revit
Excellent technical writing and communication skills
Fluent English speaker
Must exhibit strong organisational skills and strong detail-oriented work style, as well as an accommodating and proactive attitude
Work in a multi-disciplinary team in developing conceptual, feasibility, and final designs for a wide variety of water treatment projects
Strong detail-oriented work style, and an accommodating and proactive attitude
IT Literate and Microsoft Office programs, including, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Proficiency in MS Project is an advantage
All necessary EU work permits
This is a permanent position, based in Bray, Co. Wicklow, Ireland.
