Hyperscale Data Centre - Sweden

Whitewater provided early stage design assistance to a multinational technology company to develop a modular rainwater treatment process for humidification within the DC hall. As part of the overall design, Whitewater integrated blowdown recovery to this treatment package allowing the DC operator achieve their sustainability goals. Whitewater are currently contracted to provide technical service to the entire plant and 3 others within the Nordics region.

Hyperscale Data Centre – Warsaw

Whitewater were challenged to design and deliver 4 No. modular Water Treatment plants and 8 No. 35m3 Insulated tanks within a very tight timeline on a Hyperscale RDD project. Complete mechanical and electrical installation, control and Automation and commissioning services were delivered by the Whitewater Data Centre engineering team. This project was delivered and commissioned on time to the client specification.

Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Plant – Cork

As part of an upgrade to the DIW storage and distribution system a thermal sanitisation system was required on site. Whitewater were contracted to provide engineering design and manufacturing support services to the project. The scope of the project required a steam generated hot sanitisation system to treat the entire loop within the manufacturing facility. The overall system demand was Steam HX: 1.15MW to heat 20,000L water in loop from 18°C to 95°C. System was manufactured, installed and commissioned on time and to the clients satisfaction.

Municipal Water Treatment Plant – Kilmessan, Meath

A full upgrade to the water treatment plant in Co. Meath, Whitewater were contracted to provide Iron and Manganese filtration and UV and Chlorine disinfection systems for the site. Full mechanical and electrical installation as well as commissioning services were provided and delivered on time. Operating in a duty/standby configuration and delivering 90m3/hr of treated water to the complete satisfaction of Irish Water.

Infant Formula Manufacturing Facility - Cork

Due to a scheduled expansion within the existing processing facility, an upgrade to the pure water supply was required to meet the new demand of the site. A reverse osmosis and pretreatment system was required to deliver over 20m3 per hour to the production line. Whitewater supplied and installed the system with no disruption to the processing schedule.

Beverage Manufacturer - Greater London

With the introduction of additional canning lines, a requirement for further water treatment was required on site at Sidcup. To achieve this additional softening and filtration plant were required. Whitewater were contacted to provide the necessary equipment and part of the overall project was to provide a fourth carbon filter, to work alongside the additional triplex system. The additional vessel accommodated 9 m³ of food grade carbon, thus allowing the site water supply available to Process to be increased to 200 m³/h. Installation included lifting the additional vessel through the roof of the second floor plant room, this being achieved to the satisfaction of the client.

Decontamination Super Centre – Greater London

A new state-of-the-art Decontamination has been created to serve four separate NHS Trusts in the London area. The new development included sterilising equipment designed to cope with 15 million instruments p.a. As part of this project a fully duplexed, heat sanitisable Reverse Osmosis system was provided to generate 2000 l/h of treated water in duty/standby/assist mode. The treated water was supplied to two separate storage and distribution systems to serve Sterile Service washers / sterilisers and EDU endoscope reprocessors, with distribution flow rates of 12 m³/h and 5 m³/h respectively. System was installed and commissioned on time to the clients satisfaction.
