Juliana is our lead Design manager, overseeing the design department at Whitewater. She maintains the focus of the team on project deliverable and sets the direction for the team during project work. Juliana regularly works to influence technical specifications as early as possible in the project. As lead Design and Bid Engineer she has a number of specific focal customers and partners & is a trusted advisor to communicate the value-added benefits of working with Whitewater.
